* Support to resident and family through overwhelming emotional periods of care. Offering direction and options to make healthy and/or Quality of Life decisions.
* All nursing care residents and families have the attention of a “full team” of Healthcare Professionals.
Residents are charged only for services they require.
Cueing
Resident typically needs reminders for:

Dressing appropriately

Daily bathing
-
To go to the dining room for meals and to activities
Assist of One
Resident actually needs hands-on help with any of the following:

Assist with eating

Toileting/Transfers

Dressing
-
Bathing
Assist of Two
In addition to assistance with eating, resident requires two staff members to assist for any of the following:

Transfers or mechanical lift, ambulating

Toileting

Dressing

Bathing
Supplemental Services requiring additional fees include (but are not limited to) - incontinence, unstable medical status, behaviors requiring frequent licensed nurse assessment/redirection.
These services among others are determined upon assessment and charged upon individual need, all fees will be discussed with the resident and family.
Clergy Visits, Hospice Care, Dementia Care, Geropsychiatric Services, and complimentary services such as Reiki and Aroma-therapy available.
Hospice Care
Peabody Home excels with supporting resident and family in end of life care/hospice care. When the time comes, Peabody Home can help initiate a current resident’s end of life care or accept new residents into Peabody Home during Hospice.
Medicare benefits support Hospice Care
Peabody Home Nursing Professionals work closely with the Visiting Nurse Hospice program of your choice. The entire family is welcome on site with their loved one 24/7.
The staff at Peabody Home assist and encourage the family to be involved in the choices of care at the end of life.
